Greetings, Is registration for the JIRA instance linked from the Bugs header item on the antlr.org home page closed to the public? The JIRA login page says to, "Contact an Administrator to request an account.", but when I follow the Administrators link it leads to a blank list. I see no means of registration otherwise.
