Position : Senior Business Analyst/Project Manager Location : Eagan, MN Duration : 6 Months The Senior Business Analyst - Project Manager is a critical role that is responsible for understanding and managing the key deliverables between business stakeholders and the technical delivery team throughout the project lifecycle. This role includes partnering with the business teams and the technical delivery team, to facilitate and drive all aspects of the software development lifecycle including: communications, define scope, document requirements, deliver functional specifications and deliver system test plans. This position will provide business analyst and project management services primarily for ThomsonReuters.com projects. Must Skills: Agile, ideally PM experience, web development. QUALIFICATIONS: 5+ years of related, technology work experience 5+ years of experience with business application design required 5+ years of experience with project management required Experience with customer facing internet applications highly desired Must be experienced with working across geographical boundaries Education: Four year college degree in a technical or business field of study Required Knowledge and Skills: Proven business analytical background with an ability to create excellent results. Experience required in formalized project management lifecycle methods and software development lifecycle (SDLC). Other requirements include: Solid understanding of website and intranet technologies and an interest in emerging trends in social media Ability to multitask in multiple and concurrent enterprise delivery projects each at various stages of the project lifecycle, and react flexibly as change occurs Strong conceptual and analytical skills Delivery of business results through technology and process innovation Excellent communication skills including the ability to build and maintain open and cooperative relationships A bias towards a collaborative work culture with strong interpersonal skills and comfort in a team setting Proactive.
