Job Tittle: Team Lead Testing.
Location: Rochester NY
Duraiton: 6 Months.
Testing Team Lead - Lead and manage the testing specialists in
executing required testing. Work with test leads to develop test
strategies for their projects and use resources for mentoring the testing
process. Team Leads are responsible for the assignment and evaluation of
work performed by the team; both individually and as a whole. Assures
Health Plan's Programming Standards, Processes, and System Specific
documentation is available. Provides workload plans, supporting
documentation, and key deliverables. Reviews in-progress and completed work
for completeness, quality, and adherence to standards.
* Excellent communication skills
* 2 to 4 Years Direct Experience in the field
* Knowledge of TriZetto Facets Application and Business Process Engineering
models
* General knowledge of Health Plan applications
* Coordinate the required testing across systems to assure critical
applications are delivered to UAT with no critical defects
* Manage testing workload against testing requirements
* Monitor testing activity and conduct test result reviews
* Develop testing strategies and test plans
* Define critical areas of what to test during system testing and
perform risk assessment
* Report System Assurance Testing status to management on defects by
application
* Manage the entry and exit of projects into and out of System Assurance
test
* Effective management of test environment and resources to reduce
testing bottlenecks in getting projects to User Acceptance test (UAT)
* Leadership role in managing large and multiple project testing
efforts.
