XML including development/maintenance of XML parsers. Expert troubleshooting, problem solving and analysis skills. Experience with full software development life-cycle, preferably Agile and/or Iterative methods . Leadership: Able to lead/direct small team of software developers . Project Analysis: Experience at analyzing requirements to estimate the effort of complex solutions . Communication: Good written/verbal communication, software change management, testing and code documentation skills . Education: B.S. in Computing Science, Computing Engineering or related fields. Additional Skills (one or more a plus): . System administration skills with either Linux scripting (Korn/BASH) or MS Windows . Oracle 11g database SQL programming . Understanding of VMware ESX Server management, VM provisioning, security and automation . Load balancer/firewall experiences - preferred Checkpoint or F5 . Perl . Development of Cloud Computing automation . Development of Order Management systems .
