POSITION: TECHNO/FUNCTIONAL SAP PROGRAMMER WITH HCM LOCATION: GRAND RAPIDS, MI TERM: 6 MONTHS INTERVIEW TYPE: PHONE/SKYPE * SAP programmer/Analyst with SAP HCM background. Experience in payroll, Benefits enrollment a must. * Experience in ECM, Portal, E-recruiting, job pricing and LSO a plus. * ABAP programming ability a plus. * Responsible for researching, developing and testing the configuration of SAP functionality to satisfy the needs of a specific business area. * Also responsible for the designing and developing of SAP training materials, and for training the endusers. Works with business area leaders, IT Analysts, SAP Learning Team, enduser supervision, and endusers and other SME's (Subject Matter Experts), courseware developers, and trainers. * Must gain a thorough understanding and use of SAP and effectively communicate technical information. Communicates the status of project work to business area management.
