Duration: Atleast 6 months
Location: Raliegh NC Need for a Senior Data Analyst to assist with the integration of source data into the enterprise data warehouse. The candidate will be working on a team of 6-8 Data Analysts but will likely be working alone on tasks. The DA will be analyzing data that is brought into the data warehouse from transactional systems and vendor extracts. In addition, this DA will work with the business and data stewards to identify and document business rules that need to be applied to this extracted data. Once this data is analyzed and business rules determined, this DA will document source and table specifications to be used by ETL developers and Quality Assurance Analysts in the construction phase of the project. Key Skills: 1. The candidate will need to demonstrate that they have experience analyzing large amounts of source data on enterprise data integration initiatives. The ideal experience will come from having worked in enterprise data warehouses. 2. Expert knowledge of advance SQL programming experience. Demonstrate how to write advance queries, knowledge of inner/outer table joins, and the manipulation of large data sets by using SQL. Creates source domain, base table, transform and reference table specifications 3.
