I don't think we're even agreeing on what the difference is.

I'm talking about configuration parameter storage, *NOT*
administrative interfaces.  You're talking about administrative
interfaces, and you're assuming that I'm suggesting changes to your
plan that I've already specifically said that I'm *NOT* suggesting at
all.

Using libscf does *NOT* mean that users must use svccfg.
