[Ilohamail-users] Creating Folders

Ok after looking at the screenshots it appears that I do not have all the options  either enabled or available.

ther is no option to create folders.
the version I have is 8.14.rc3  

Should I install the latte verion  9. ??  or can some one help with getting the folders working..
I have looked at the code for this app and I see all the mentions of folders but just doesn't show for me.  FYI  I am using the pop vs the imap.
