I thought it sounded strange as well but people tell me that querries for MySQL5 don't always return same result as for MySQL41 and some php apps don't like the difference. The only differences between system where the window closes and does not close is presently FreeBSD-5.4 i386 versus FreeBSD-6.0 amd64 If I tar up the Ilohamail install from the 6.0 amd64 system where is does not work and plug it into the 5.4 i386 system then it DOES work. Same php.ini. Same php modules. Same Lighttpd config. Same Apache proxy rewrite rules. Bizarre....
