Hi,

http://www.ilug-cal.org/wiki/index.php/Tutorials_from_Kushal_Das is a
link I was waiting to forward to the list. I don't know how many do
follow the wiki (or Kushal's blog for that matter), but if you do, you
will realise the importance and the impact of this effort. It is unique:

* It is a series of podcasts
* It is in bengali
* It targets applications that can interest folks

But most importantly, Kushal has *walked the talk* and not just *talked
the talk*. He's taken out hours from his daily routine to come up with
them, thought about what to say and how to present and the end result is
there for everyone to see. Sure there are issues, Kushal is not a
professional, but I believe that he's gotten better with each podcast.

Here's giving Kushal a r0ck
(http://www.ilug-cal.org/wiki/index.php/YouR0ck) - you r0ck my world
dude - you seriously do
