Dear friends, For a long time many among you have expressed your interest and intent to be present at the Kolkata Book Fair. Well, here is our chance!
As quite a few of you are aware of Institute of Open Technology and Applications (IOTA). IOTA is a registered society under the aegis of Dept of IT. Govt of West Bengal. Prof. Nandini Mukherjee (Dept of Comp Science and Engg), the Secretary of IOTA has invited ILUG-Cal to support and prepare a joint presence at the Book Fair to be held from 28th January 2009 As it stands, IOTA will be having a 3 x 3 metre stall, and they are willing to share this space with ILUG-CAL. In fact, we would be running the demos and interactions with the people visiting the stalls.
