Basically deployment of call center operations on Linux isnt seen much, for 
the simple reason that commonly used systems like IWS/Davox/Melita/Rumba 3270 
arent available on Linux.  Also VOIP isnt the protocol  used for 
communication in call centers as the technology doesnt scale up to meet 
requirements at high call volumes.
The only deployment of Linux in the BPO sector is seen for web based and email 
support services.
