I had the enjoyment of converting some 20GB of mp3 to ogg. Actually i
wrote some simple bash script to make the conversion and a lill change
on files too(like deleting the spaces in filename or something) 
anyway mp32ogg was the tool i used, and its so consistant for continuous
conversions too..
