Normally, I dont think it is possible to remove vocal track from a music file (mp3 or wma). What you could try is to filter out certain audio frequencies (mid frequencies) so that the vocals wont be heard loud. Audacity is a very good audio editing software. You can arrange the vocals and add tracks and make your own re-mixes and songs and all.
