We were surprised to hear from the Management side of the college, that they told all the teaching staff "to adapt to the change before you are forced to" (force dosent mean by power, but by the fast changing situation). They wanted the students of their institution to pass out, awared with the latest techonlogy rather than with something as old as two decades (Turbo C++ IDE)
