In my K-desktop, "Turn off" and "Restart" options are absent. Me also
installed KDE on Ubuntu 9.10.

I keep KDE for demonstration purposes. So when my friends asks "where is the
shutdown button?" I have to make some excuses like : "my system is old" or
"did something dangerous that made the buttons disappear". Obviously I cant
use 'halt' command in front of them or logout & then shutdown...

Any ideas how to make it appear? I googled a bit but results gives something
to do with sessions manager. But there is no sessions manager option in main
menu.
