I prefer name.com for domain registration, And as always it is better to get it from an ICANN accredited independent registrar than a reseller. There is a slight advantage with the pricing too (you can get .com's at promo prices of ~380-400 INR) , but more than that, The reliability, great deal of features & support you get from them that counts.
