That is displayed since the server (on which kudumbashree site is on) is having Frontpage extensions 'enabled' . usually this is available by default for Server resellers . Since this site is being hosted on a shared server, Either they have clients using Frontpage on it or have forgot to disable these (normally useless ) extensions . And since resellers dont have acess to server root (or any control over the server, apart from a limited WHM) blaming them for having Frontpage extensions is not fair either ;)
