i spent much time configuring my system to my tastes.. i don't want to reinstall my system after this and lose all my work.. i think i am too lazy..
properties>dependencies gives a long list of dependencies. but we are not able to tell which is provided by default cd and which are not.. here is the importance of the defining a base for linux. the base libraries should be carried by every distro. thus we can simply say this software requires lsb 2010 and these are the extra dependencies.. i just hope this happens soon.. -- "Freedom is the only law".
