friends, i installed ubuntu 9.04 in lenovo y500 laptop, and i tried to connect internet using tata walky phone
soon after connecting phone to laptop the device has been detected. i tried to connect internet giving all requied things in network connections but failed then i went for alterative approach through installation of wvdial after that i gave sudo wvdial command to connect internet, in phone it is showing that it is getting connected for a few seconds and soon after that it is shown it is disconnected i check all the things in wvdial.conf file like username and password and AT+CRM =1 can somebody suggest any succesful way thanks in advance Susarla Raghuram Research Fellow Space Physics Laboratory Vikram Sarabhai space center Thiruvananthapuram. 695022 -- "Freedom is the only law".
