First, Plugin the bluetooth device and make sure that Blue too Icon is coming, in taskbar. Then Pair the device by selecting New Device ( Or so ) from the menu. Enter the same PIN from the screen to your mobile when asked. Check acess Internet using Bluetooth in finishing screen if option is available.
