Today one of my friends was trying to install Lucid and an error "Unrecoverable error during installation". He continued with installation without much problem. After installation, he wasn't able to mount other Windows partions. Also the system was very slow... Similar error was listed in ubuntu forum http://ubuntuforums.org/showthread.php?t=1469490
