a great day for opensource.. n hats off to google for going for such a
bold move..

i have a great feeling webm will soon replace all proprietary codecs..
just look at all the companies who have come in support for the
codec.. that's what happens when google's around.. mayb in 5 yrs time
all video we get will be having a .webm extension..
