Gimp had been removed from lucid,and it is a feature of lucid.

If you need to add Gimp you can do via terminal,ubuntu software center or by
direct downloading.
Go to terminal and type
" sudo apt-get install gimp "

you can download gimp from this link
 http://www.gimp.org/downloads/

Or go to Ubuntu Software center and type gimp.
It is very easy to find.
