For registering domain, there are many resellers. You can contact them to get a domain. Zyxware is an example or try http://coolwrks.com from which I registered my domain. If you wanna be a professional blogger or to maintain a good web identity, you can go for the above said paid options. If you are a hobbyist, just got to an free webhosting+domain(.co.cc domains) provider, and register it. Some will have the cPanel(control panel for your hosting space & domain) also.
