To remove your installed Ubuntu, just format the format the partition
by booting as a live user.

It will take time to restart from your Ubuntu and then to Windows. Why
are you using Windows for? If it is for regular tasks like office
applications, multimedia, Ubuntu will do the job better! Even then, if
you can't live without Windows, install any virtual machine software
in Windows, grab a Windows CD and install it inside it.
