As far as I understand, you are trying to open an exe binary file meant for Windows, which cannot be executed in a GNU/Linux or Ubuntu GNU/Linux machine natively.
But otherwise the drive has already been mounted and you can start using it straightaway. The drive in your case has been mounted in '/media/FreeAgent Drive/'. And the file you are trying to access is inside the harddisk, which is not really needed in case of a GNU/Linux or Ubuntu GNU/Linux system.
