Released for Mac as of now, PC next. PDF already offers print-locking, And the new fromat has a lot of other issues. Debated on the first link above, and has some worthy discussions. Nature of file format is not known. There is already a .wwf extension, which is unrelated. Hope it would be compatible with Open Document Format standards.
