My Laptop Toshiba Satellite Toshiba L640 had a problem that it id not
detect battery in linux.. In apost here it was said updating bos would
solve the problem. But unfortunately the driver I downloaded through a
link in the posts happened to be that of L650. It was version 1.9 but
the latest version of L640 was ver 1.8 of Insyde H2 bios. Now when I
try to install my actual diver it says ROM i 20000 and BIOS is 40000?
so it cannot be done. What can I do? How can clear my bios? Should I
use the jumper button? I opened the space for the ram and did not find
anything there. How can I bring my bios back to initial?
