@Sasi sir, according to ILUG-Cochin's website, they are having a meeting 4th sunday of every month. Actually they had one this sunday. So, I don't know if it is dead or not. It may be active with few members.
@Manu, if it is dead, we can seriously think about rejuvenating it, like Sasi sir said. I know Hiran was once a member of ILUG-Cochin (I didn't know you then, so sorry.. :P ).
