Dear friends, In this thread, the entire history of the conversation is being repeatedly sent and received by everyone, and also stored in the server so many times over and over. It would help readers and the archives if we edited out the unnecessary portions of the previous mails and retained only that part that is necessary for readers to understand what is being referred to. And, it would also help if members added their contribution to the end of the mail, so that anyone reading it will get a clear idea of what is happening, rather than having to read backwards the entire conversation.
