Software Project Manager
Ratma, a startup company (located in Esfahan) in health industry, invites
talented and motivated software project managers/developers to create a team
for development of a web application.
Our goal is to create an agile software team and the first step is hiring a
project manager (full time) and a consultant (part time). If you are a talented

You will be given the opportunity to drive the development direction by
choosing the tools you feel best solve the everyday challenges
of a website development project and then a quickly-growing site. We’re
looking for someone we can trust to make important decisions and own them.
Your main responsibilities include:
* Creating the system through analysis, design and development
* Translate functional and technical requirements into detailed
architecture and design
* Code and test system components
* Manage and execute against project plan
* Participate in code and design reviews
* Assist with recruiting, hiring, and growing the team
* Contribute to a motivated and creative team atmosphere where
individuals work hard to exceed expectations and support other team members
striving to do the same
* Grow, learn and share
Qualifications/Requirements
* At least Bachelor’s degree in Software Engineering or related
discipline
* Full Stack Developer - be able to work on everything from database to
UI
* Experience in a wide range of APIs, tools, and open source libraries
* 2+ years of experience in developing commercial web applications,
including taking a product through its complete lifecycle
* Have strong object-oriented design and coding skills
* Passion for writing reliable, efficient, scalable, and maintainable
code
* Being both a team-player and a self-starter
* Independently driven, resourceful, and able to deliver results with
minimal direction.
* Strong analytical skills with excellent problem solving abilities
* Eager to learn and able to understand and apply new things quickly
* Resident in Isfahan or suburbs
* This is a full-time position but could be part time if you prefer to
be a consultant
Nice-to-Have Skills (not mandatory)
* Familiarity with any dynamic programming language. Experience in Ruby
or Python will be a plus
* Experience in using and developing on unix/linux platforms
* Experience leading teams to deliver high-quality software products
* Fluent in English (reading and listening)
