Safety precautions:

Do not modify the behavior of "rm" with the same name. Use a different name
instead. If one gets used to a safe "rm", one will expect the same safety
even on an account/computer that lacks the new behavior, leading to
disaster.

To override any safety alias, use "\rm" instead of "rm -f". "rm -f" should
never be used interactively as it disables some safety restrictions.
