Agree that the "total" display would look incongrous. The objective was to demo "proof of concept" As I said in my follow up post, we used a dual port video card with dedicated memory and two LCD panels (same make/size resolution 1440x900 each). It was very impressive. The only thing we did not like was the sides of each LCD panel breaking up the continuity of the image but you get more real estate.
