Target the students..  they cant ignore, as it enhances the career..

Two years before, i tried approaching the HOD of a college.. But, there was
not much response, as the information is not clearly conveyed.. (rather the
opportunity does not arise)..

Now, from the same college, i have formed a 4 member team.. who are very
much interested..  I took some efforts on my own initially to teach the
basic..  Now, they used to call me often for any help and i am relaxed..

And when we have a set of team listening us (whether its student or
lecturers), we can then direct them to the source of learning..

The underlying motto is "Give only when they seek.. " .. but for that, we
need to create the interest in them..

So, in the next conference, the students can also be invited along with the
faculties..
