I dont know if this solution would work... Host egranary app in port 80.. in the browser, add the url for the egranary in the proxy exclusion list.. In our company we are doing this.. In IE, there is a check box "Bypass proxy for all intranet URL's" In this way, the browser automatically bypasses the proxy if an intranet url is used.
