Dear Luggies, I am proposing an idea , Let me clarify in the first position that i am not proposing a moderation system, but at the same time, there needs a system like , when a user post some solutions or tutorial kind of stuff, he/she is been rewarded with some marks. List admin , decision on reward of the mark is final. This is some thing i have seen in the www.experts-exchange.com.
To identify the post which seeks an valuation of its content, the subject line can be tagged with [solution] or [tutorial] tag. This will nurture people to give solutions , ponder them in giving contribution and will really discourage noise.
