I am getting the following messages often

and when this happens my network goes down and my system gets freezed, after
10-15 mins this gets over and the system works normally (ie out of freeze)

I am Debian Lenny 5.0. and i am facing same problem in fedora 10.
A message appears after the system gets resumed as" A error occoures in your
kernel....... "

and i have also problem in this
