I am a bit biased about this but if you cannot edit config files (and
the config files for newer servers are really quite simple, we are
not talking about sendmail.cf here!), then you probably should not be
managing a DNS or mail server.

It does not take more than a week to learn to manage basic (caching,
one domain and one reverse lookup) DNS services and basic mail
services (mail for users listed in /etc/passwd or some other
password list addressed to one domain) from one of the numerous
howto's on www.tldp.org.

If you cannot spend that one week to learn it then whatever you do
will end up being a big headache for someone to come later and clean
up!

Web interfaces are for forms and the like --- not for managing the
system. To manage the system learn to edit configuration files.

Incorrigibly biased,

Kapil.
