Hi, I have been experimenting with Debian clusters and am stuck with the following scenario: We have a dhcp/dns server assigning IP addresses to a few hundred clients based on their mac addresses. Under this I want to use a subset of the system and designate one as the master and four other systems as slaves. I want the master to assign IP addresses to the slaves at certain times and the main dhcp server at other. I have already set up bind and DHCP on the master. However, the main DHCP server overrides the master.
