Even these IPs might have been blacklisted by many spam prevention service providers. and You know BSNL guys won't bother a bit if i go and ask them and i suspect whether thier support staff will have the knowledge to understand this problem first of all. Is there any known case withing Ilugc that some one has used BSNL static IP and have successfully used thier own servers such as mail servers.
