Dear All, I use evolution 2.28.1 - in Ubuntu 9.10. I used the 'backup settings' and took a backup of all company mail on 19th Feb 2010, and it came in a tar.gz file, and I saved it seperately.
I reinstalled Ubuntu and tried the 'restore setting' - but it says 'show a valid file for restoring' - many times even tried with rebooting several times. I have done the same many times in the past - and always had a clean restore.
