I think u r new to Linux platform....First u implement an Apache server, try to display webpage...By default apache will look into /var/www/html...This is the default path of apache server.... check this link.. http://httpd.apache.org/ Try to learn from this link, it contains lot of information....The main problems what I find in Apache is the selinux issue...Specially when u want local user to display their web page from there home dir and lot other more issue... Also learn what is name-based virtual hosting and ip based virtual hosting...
