Sorry for the top post. You can't do this with a KVM device.
KVM is a multiplexer - ie, you connect 1 monitor, kdb, mouse to multiple computers. What you want is the exact opposite. Search the web for "Multi Seat X Server" and you'll find what you are seeking. This setup is very sensitive to make/model of your graphics card, X Server config, etc. Raman had presented this during a lug meet a few months ago.
