It seems that before upgrade, you had two partitions being mounted at /dos and /windows. With this upgrade, those partitions are gone and hence you are getting the error. As you say it is not affecting anything (check whether you had a Windows partition with any important files), you can ignore it. To avoid this error message: edit /etc/fstab and remove lines corresponding to /dos and /windows.
