now I am in the soup - this guy had bought a laptop in dubai, hp pavillion entertainment with windows 7 premium. Fedora cannot access the internet - recognises the ethernet card, but the 'activate' button on the network configuration is greyed out. Windows refuses to boot and he says he was not given a cd/dvd along with the manual. Any ideas? -- regards kg http://lawgon.livejournal.com/ _______________________________________________ ILUGC Mailing List: http://www.ae.iitm.ac.in/mailman/listinfo/ilugc
