always put a meaningful subject line. I have changed it for you. Fedora is very easy to install. Boot from the dvd, follow the instructions and you are done. For dual boot you can shrink the windows partition (during the install) to create space. If you are unfortunate enough to have windows 7, you will have to shrink the partition from within windows as fedora cannot do that.
