hi, i am going to apply for bsnl limited plan,now am using ubuntu.. my friends said limited plan is dangerous,they will not show correct bandwidth usage it will end up in huge bills. how to check correct bandwidth usage and how to stop automatic updates,no application should connect internet without my permission, what to do for that?
