Hi,

     You can easily try Sugar in any of the leading distros, like Ubuntu or 
Fedora. Fedora also has a live educational spin, with Sugar pre-installed. It 
is called the Sugar on a Stick. You can check that out too. Sugar on windows, 
is not supported due to ethical controversies. There is an old installer 
though, which is not current and not recommended, as it does not have any 
activities. Your best bet would be to install the fedora spin using a virtual 
machine like virtualbox or vmware.
