Can you please add "smart questions", problem solving tips. Most students
get "struck" somewhere or other when they use FOSS software and if they
cannot solve the problem, most tend to leave. Some might write to mailing
list, still not get their problem solved because the list cannot answer
because they are not smart questions / they cannot understand and solve the
problem after receiving help from list.A large number of students who get
introduced to FOSS, leave away FOSS / GNU/linux for these reasons. A general
introduction of how FOSS model of development works would also be good.
